    Fiber Designer – 100% Remote Opportunity

    We’re looking for a Fiber Designer to help shape the next generation of fiber networks. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to meaningful infrastructure projects across multiple states.

    What You’ll Do

    + Design Outside Plant (OSP) fiber projects across diverse geographies.

    + Build GIS-based fiber network maps and collaborate with OSP engineering teams.

    + Estimate project costs including labor, materials, and overhead.

    + Analyze and refine fiber designs using GIS tools and extensions.

    What You Bring

    + 2–5+ years of experience in telecommunications or related fields.

    + Strong proficiency in ArcGIS and ArcGIS Pro.

    + Familiarity with NESC construction practices and telecom engineering standards.

    + Ability to read and assess fiber and/or HFC designs and prints.

    + Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.

    Bonus Skills

    + Advanced GIS/ArcGIS experience.

    + Collaborative mindset and ability to work with diverse teams.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $36.00/hr.
