Provides advanced support in the analysis, development, and implementation of compensation philosophy and programs. Provides support in developing strategies and designing solutions for national and international compensation-related matters.

What you’ll be doing:
+ Conducts market pricing activities, including analysis of market pay, analysis of internal/external compensation, and staffing trends.
+ Assists in the evaluation of compensation programs to ensure effective, consistent utilization across the organization.
+ Conducts job evaluation activities, including job audits, determining correct classifications, and updating job descriptions. Guides job descriptions' FLSA exemption status.
+ Manages title consistency and program integrity in support of compensation programs and overall People metrics.
+ Maintains current and accurate job descriptions.
+ Performs cost analysis for current and proposed compensation programs.
+ Creates and manipulates complex spreadsheets/databases
+ Provides compensation subject matter expertise (SME) and advice; understands partners' business needs and goals; identifies and implements creative solutions to successfully meet the desired business outcomes.
+ Leads and participates in compensation-related projects.
Requirements to be successful in this position:
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Human Resources, or another related field
+ Five (5) years of compensation-specific experience in the analysis, design, and/or administration of compensation programs
+ Experience with compensation principles and concepts, including market pricing and compensation plan/structure design
+ HCM/HRIS experience
+ Experience with compensation management systems such as PayScale
+ Advanced Excel skills
+ Multi-state experience required; global experience preferred
+ CCP preferred
