Job Title: Welder
Job Description
Join our team as a Welder, where you will engage in welding and fabricating steel parts for table tops, chairs, and benches. This role involves a significant amount of jig welding and work with smaller parts, as well as utilizing saws and press machines to form parts and units.
Responsibilities
+ Weld and fabricate steel parts for table tops, chairs, and benches.
+ Perform jig welding and work with smaller parts.
+ Utilize saws and press machines for part and unit fabrication.
Essential Skills
+ 1-2 years of production welding experience.
+ 1-2 years of farm welding experience.
+ 1-2 years of experience using industrial tools and equipment.
+ Proficiency in MIG welding and wire feed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to read blueprints is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Environment
The work environment includes blue shields around workstations, tables, and benches for welding tasks. The role primarily involves stationary jig welding. Work hours are from 5:00am to 3:30pm or 6:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with mandatory overtime on Fridays and Saturdays. The team-oriented setting emphasizes collaboration and continuous development.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenyon, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
