    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Maintenance Technician in a dynamic food manufacturing facility. Our projects focus on developing healthier food options, reflecting our commitment to growth and innovation in the industry.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform mechanical troubleshooting of 3-phase motors, washers, and bearings.

    + Conduct preventative maintenance on food production machinery.

    + Install machinery, including transformers and conveyors.

    + Rebuild and repair motors and facility equipment.

    + Work with equipment using schematics.

    + Gain experience in electrical work, particularly with PLCs such as Allen Bradley and Siemens, if willing to learn.

    Essential Skills

    + 3+ years of experience in preventative maintenance.

    + 2+ years of experience in mechanical troubleshooting.

    + 2+ years of experience repairing motors, bearings, and washers.

    + Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulics, and PLC systems.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills are beneficial.

    Work in a GMP environment where safety is a priority, requiring the use of beard nets, hair nets, safety glasses, and steel-toed shoes.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Madison, Wisconsin.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $85000.00/yr.

     

    - Direct Hire

     

    - $30-$40 an hour

     

    - Bonus based of Performance

     

    - Paid Holidays – (7 days)… NY Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor

     

    Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day.

     

    - Attendance Bonus - $15/day (paid if employee works entire schedule for the week)

     

    - GHC Medical/Health Insurance – after 60 days

     

    - KCL – Dental/Vision/STD-LTD/Life Insurance – after 60 days
