Now Hiring: Sheet Metal Assembler – Everett, WA

**Pay:** $25–$32/hr (Based on experience)

**Shift:** Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

**Overtime:** Available on Fridays

Your Role:

Join a hands-on team assembling metal building panels and components in a dynamic shop environment. You’ll work with precision tools, follow detailed blueprints, and contribute to high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assemble metal panels and structural components

+ Operate hand and power tools safely

+ Read and interpret blueprints and instructions

+ Measure accurately using tape measures (down to 1/16”)

+ Lift up to 70 lbs and work in varied physical positions

+ Collaborate with a small team in a fast-paced shop

What You Bring:

+ 2+ years of experience in sheet metal, roofing, siding, or mechanical assembly

+ Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools confidently

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude

Bonus Skills:

+ Experience in electrical or industrial assembly

+ Familiarity with shop tools and equipment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
