    Seeking Experienced Machine Operators for Immediate Hire – Can Start Next Week

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team. This position requires the performance of duties in a safe manner while ensuring quality checks and operating various machinery. The role involves different levels of expertise, with opportunities for growth and development.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate wire drawing machines to reduce wire diameter according to specifications.

    + Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to ensure quality and efficiency.

    + Inspect finished wire for defects and maintain production records.

    + Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.

    + Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

    + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment can be dusty and temperatures vary, being hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Employees are expected to work long hours while operating various machinery, and safety is a top priority.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
