Job Title: Maintenance Manager | 100k+

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and manage a team of 8 maintenance technicians. The role involves overseeing all machinery and facility maintenance in the plant, ensuring timely resolution of breakdowns, and prioritizing maintenance needs. You will also manage a maintenance budget and report on it monthly.

Responsibilities

+ Lead and manage a maintenance department of 8 technicians.

+ Oversee all plant machinery, including blow molding machines, plastic injection machines, robots, vision systems, conveyors, scales, and CAMS systems.

+ Ensure breakdowns are addressed promptly and prioritize maintenance needs.

+ Create and ensure adherence to a preventive maintenance schedule.

+ Supervise maintenance staff and assist with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.

Essential Skills

+ At least 5 years of maintenance management or supervising experience.

+ Proficiency in both mechanical and electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.

+ Experience with PLCs and automation.

+ Expertise in hydraulics and pneumatics.

+ Ability to work hands-on and willingness to work 8-10 hours of overtime weekly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in plastics manufacturing, injection molding, blow molding, or similar fields.

+ Experience with predictive maintenance practices.

+ Familiarity with the person, the person wheel, or KMVs.

Work Environment

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
