Job Title: Maintenance Technician

$29.33 starting pay with guaranteed weekly overtime.

Shifts:

+ **6pm - 4:30am (6 days per week, weekends required. One day off on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)**

+ **4:30pm - 3am (Monday through Saturday, Sundays off)**

Responsibilities

+ Support the production team as the mechanical expert.

+ Ensure production and support equipment are functioning properly.

+ Perform preventative maintenance procedures.

+ Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.

+ Make necessary repairs or adjustments to equipment.

+ Perform basic electrical duties such as replacing motors and switches.

+ Execute package changeovers on lines as required.

+ Support the team in all aspects of the operation.

+ Train team members on mechanical processes.

+ Focus on continuous improvement.

+ Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with ISO Good Manufacturing Practices standards.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and blueprints.

+ Leadership experience, even at a lead level.

+ Knowledge of gearboxes, high-speed machinery, pumps, and pneumatic systems.

+ Understanding of robotics, schematics, sensors, wiring, and 480-volt systems.

+ Experience with drives and variable frequency drives.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Familiarity with machining processes.

Work Environment

The work environment is non-climate controlled and can be humid due to the constant water flow and the nature of the equipment and liquids being processed. The role requires adaptability to cool, hot, and humid conditions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.13 - $29.33/hr.
