    Job Title: Assembler

    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Assemblers. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing various hand and power tools to build and assemble.

    Responsibilities

    + Utilize hand and power tools to build and assemble wood products.

    + Read and interpret blueprints accurately.

    + Engage in carpentry, cabinetry, and assembly tasks.

    + Participate in packaging, paint preparation, and custom cabinetry projects.

    + Conduct finish carpentry, trim carpentry, and woodworking.

    + Ensure quality through inspection and adherence to blueprints.

    + Participate in industrial painting using spray guns.

    Essential Skills

    + 6+ months of experience in manufacturing, general labor, farming, or construction.

    + Ability to read tape measures and blueprints.

    + Experience with carpentry, cabinetry, and woodworking.

    + Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, and various saws.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 6+ months of machine operation experience preferred.

    + Familiarity with mill operation and wood cutting is advantageous.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a newly built milling department equipped with great ventilation and lighting. Utilize new equipment and tools within an organized manufacturing process. Adhere to the dress code which includes wearing steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection (provided). You can wear jeans or shorts during the summer.

    This is a Contract to Hire position

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
