Job Title: Tire Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Tire Technician at our new facility in Omaha, NE. Specializing in tires for irrigation equipment, you'll play a critical role in our daily operations by using hand tools to swap out tires on irrigation systems. This fast-paced production position requires accuracy and consistency to meet daily targets.

Responsibilities

+ Preassemble and organize wheels and tires for mounting.

+ Read and understand wheel requests from customers.

+ Mount different size wheels and tires accurately and efficiently.

+ Use basic hand tools, tire tools, alignment machines, air wrenches, and other essential tools.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.

+ Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in using hand tools and tire tools.

+ Experience in mounting and assembly.

+ General mechanical skills.

+ Ability to work on feet all day.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in skilled labor is preferred.

Work Environment

The work environment is a new facility specializing in tires for irrigation equipment. Employees work from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and are on their feet all day using both hand and power tools.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, Nebraska.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
