Production Associate – Chaska, MN (Permanent Position)

Pay: $22-23/hr 1st and 2nd shift

• Job Overview:

Join a dynamic team assembling radiators and radiator coils for copper piping systems. Use blueprints, hand tools, and measuring instruments to ensure precision and quality. This role offers growth into skilled trades like welding, CNC, and fabrication.

• Responsibilities:

+ Assemble products per blueprints and work orders.

+ Meet production timelines.

+ Collaborate with team members.

+ Report machine issues to supervisors.

+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace (5S).

+ Follow safety and quality protocols.

• Essential Skills:

+ 6+ months mechanical assembly, machine operation, fabrication, or brazing experience.

+ Blueprint reading.

+ Tape measure proficiency.

+ Hand tool usage.

+ Ability to stand 8–10 hours/day.

+ Lift up to 50 lbs.

+ High School Diploma/GED.

+ Basic computer skills.

+ Familiarity with PPE (steel toes, ear/eye protection).

• Additional Qualifications:

+ Fraction/decimal conversion.

+ Metal fabrication/joining experience.

+ Progressive stamping knowledge.

+ Quality inspection skills.

+ OSHA certification.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45780.00 - $47860.00/yr.

Competitive Pay: Pay range $22.01-27.50/hr.
