    Responsibilities

    + Setup and operate cutting-edge laser cutting systems.

    + Clean and inspect life-saving medical device components.

    + Master all operational processes and propose enhancements.

    + Participate in the startup and shutdown of all facility equipment.

    + Inspect components to ensure they meet specifications.

    + Train colleagues on production processes or equipment usage as needed.

    + Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

    + Follow supervisor and production manager instructions while adhering to company policy and safety practices.

    + Conduct oneself professionally and uphold high standards of conduct and performance.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in machine operating, production, manufacturing, and quality control.

    + Proficiency in part inspection, basic math, and conversion from millimeters to centimeters.

    + Familiarity with calipers, microscopes, and quality control.

    + Computer literacy and experience with data entry.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a clean manufacturing environment with two shifts available: 1st shift from 6am to 2:30pm and 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 10pm. Personal protective equipment, including smocks, goggles, and gloves, will be provided for safe handling of chemicals.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davis, California.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
