Job Title: Forklift Operator

• Forklift Driver | $19–$20/hr | Wildwood, FL

A concrete block manufacturer in **Wildwood, FL** is hiring experienced **Forklift Drivers** to support production and material movement. Candidates must have experience operating **12k double forklifts** and **9k single forklifts** .

**Schedule:** Monday–Frtiday (Saturdays possible) , 6:00 AM – 4:00 but as late as 6:00 PM

**Hours:** 50–55 hrs/week

**Pay:** $19–$20/hr (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

+ Safely operate 12k double and 9k single forklifts

+ Transport concrete blocks and materials across the yard and production area

+ Perform visual inspections and basic equipment checks

+ Support production team with material staging and movement

+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

+ Experience with 12k double and 9k single forklifts required

+ Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions

+ Strong attention to safety and reliability

+ Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays

Work Environment

Work in an outdoor environment covered by a pavilion, experiencing varying temperatures. The work setting is dusty and dirty, with shifts running Monday through Friday, including many Saturdays, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. (60 hours a week). You will be required to stand on your feet and wear PPE, including steel-toed boots.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wildwood, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
