Job Title: Powder Coating Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Powder Coating Technician, where you will rotate between paint line loading, unloading, and powder coating. Your primary responsibility will be to spray powder coat paint onto metal parts and conduct quality inspections to ensure a smooth finish.

Responsibilities

+ Rotate between paint line loading, unloading, and powder coating tasks.

+ Spray powder coat paint on metal parts.

+ Conduct quality inspections to ensure paint is applied smoothly.

+ Racking parts efficiently and safely.

Essential Skills

+ 6+ months of experience with painting, preferably powder coating.

+ Ability to lift 50 pounds for racking metal parts.

+ Strong attention to detail for inspecting painted parts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in general labor or construction is advantageous.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.25/hr.
