    • **Location:** Shakopee, MN

    • **Shifts Available:**

    + **2nd Shift:** 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM $28-35/hr (based on experience)

    Are you a skilled welder who takes pride in precision and craftsmanship? We're looking for a **motivated, hands-on Welder** to join our structural fabrication team. You’ll work on steel bridge components using **fluxcore MIG welding** , and have the chance to grow into a **leadership role** while earning **competitive pay and yearly bonuses** .

     

    •** **What You’ll Do

    + Weld steel bridge components up to 1/2" thick using fluxcore MIG techniques.

    + Read and interpret blueprints for full layout and fabrication.

    + Operate overhead and Jib cranes, band saws, drill presses, stud welders, and grinders.

    + Perform welding in various positions—including crawling under materials.

    + Take initiative and potentially step into a **Lead Welder** role.

    •** **What You Bring

    + Solid experience in **structural welding** .

    + Proficiency in **MIG and fluxcore welding** .

    + Ability to work independently and solve problems on the fly.

    + Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, kneel, stoop, and crawl.

    + Bonus: Experience reading blueprints or leading a team.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
