Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description
The successful candidate will demonstrate basic reading, writing, and math skills, and possess the ability to work with basic hand tools in an environment characterized by constant noise, machine hazards, dust, and odors.
Responsibilities
+ Perform parts assembly work as specified by work instructions, which includes daily tasks such as start-up procedures, process parameter checks, tip maintenance, and equipment checks.
+ Clean equipment as needed and maintain weld integrity and part fit function through visual inspections.
+ Perform minor preventative maintenance or operator-based maintenance as required.
+ Record all required data accurately.
+ Maintain a satisfactory performance level that meets production requirements.
+ Ensure the work area is safe and clean at all times.
+ Conduct all quality checks as specified and adhere to safety rules and regulations.
+ Report any safety concerns, violations, work incidents, or property damage to the immediate supervisor promptly.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.85/hr.
