Machine Operator – Direct Hire Opportunity!

**Location:** Longmont, CO

**Pay:** $22–$26/hr (Based on Experience)

**Shift:** 3rd Shift | Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM

**Overtime:** Saturday availability for overtime, as needed

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate and monitor highly automated manufacturing equipment.

+ Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

+ Collect samples and accurately record production data.

+ Perform basic maintenance & troubleshooting on equipment.

+ Assist with inventory management and production documentation.

+ Operate forklifts as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role.

+ Stable work history – candidates with frequent job changes will not be contacted.

+ High school diploma or GED (must be verifiable).

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools.

+ Basic computer proficiency.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Comfortable wearing required PPE (safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, gloves).

+ Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements:

+ Routinely lift and carry up to 45 lbs, as frequently as every half hour.

+ Push/pull with approximately 50 lbs of force up to 16 times per shift.

+ Reach overhead to lift and move up to 25 lbs hourly.

+ Frequent bending, stooping, crouching, twisting, and other physical movements.

+ Adequate hand strength and dexterity for tool use and equipment maintenance.

+ Good hand-eye coordination for precision tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
