    About this role:

    Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist in Lockbox as part of the Operations Payments department. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com

    In this role, you will:

    + Partner with group managers to design and implement strategic data to meet group or company goals

    + Perform complex statistical analysis and applies analysis to initiatives that support business strategies

    + Process broad based technical and business knowledge to anticipate emerging issues

    + Recommend subsequent strategies and business directions

    + Manage or participate on large cross group projects

    + Make decisions on matters with some financial impact and risk

    + Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

    Required Qualifications:

    + 4+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    Desired Qualifications:

    + Experience with workforce optimization, workforce management, capacity planning, or staffing analysis

    + Strong background in solution design, configuration, and administration of workforce management platforms such as Verint

    + Experience in forecasting and scheduling in an operations environment

    + Proficiency in workforce optimization tools and platforms (i.e. SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, or similar)

    + Ability to compile key data and present recommendations for long-range staffing to leadership

    + Knowledge and understanding of Global Operations policies and procedures

    + Intermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills

    + Experience with SharePoint and Power Platform

    + Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI

    + Lean Six Sigma certified

    Job Expectations:

    + Ability to work on-site at one of the work locations

    Schedule: M - F 8AM - 5PM with a hybrid schedule of 3 days required per week in-office, 2 days remote. Subject to change.

     

    Pay Range

     

    Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

     

    $68,000.00 - $114,000.00
