Job Title: Finance Manager

Contribute to the development of a centralized support model by collaborating with cross-functional teams across regions. Provide subject matter input on various financial processes and help align responsibilities across multiple business areas. Support ongoing process improvements and standardization, assist with data tracking and analysis, participate in planning and forecasting activities, offer insights on operational and financial performance, engage in periodic reporting and estimate preparation, and contribute to special projects as needed.

Responsibilities

+ Develop and implement a centralized support model.

+ Provide subject matter expertise on financial processes.

+ Align responsibilities across multiple business areas.

+ Support process improvements and standardization initiatives.

+ Assist with data tracking and analysis.

+ Participate in planning and forecasting activities.

+ Offer insights on operational and financial performance.

+ Engage in periodic reporting and estimate preparation.

+ Contribute to special projects as required.

Essential Skills

+ Expertise in SOPs, cost analysis, and financial analysis.

+ Experience in a Center of Excellence model.

+ Finance experience in tracking forecast and realized operational costs.

+ Understanding of cost and cost utilization in the production or manufacturing industry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor's Degree required.

+ Experience in building SOPs.

Work Environment

The position is based at a corporate headquarters with a hybrid schedule, requiring in-office presence three times a week. The role offers a 12-month engagement with a Fortune 500 company, with potential for extension or permanent placement.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Lithia, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $66.67 - $106.67/hr.
