We are looking for a **Principal Technical Program Manager** to join our team!
Responsibilities
+ **Strategic Planning & Alignment:** Shape and execute long-term strategies that align operational activities with broader organizational goals and customer expectations. Partner with cross-functional leaders to prioritize initiatives and scale capabilities.
+ **Operational Oversight & Process Optimization:** Develop and refine scalable frameworks and workflows, driving process excellence, automation, and continuous improvement to ensure consistent support quality, operational efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
+ **Performance Metrics & Reporting:** Design and oversee advanced performance measurement frameworks. Translate operational data into actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making, improve efficiency, and track business impact.
+ **Technical & Operational Leadership:** Anticipate and resolve technical and process challenges across support frameworks. Enable seamless execution through innovative solutions, automation, and integration of AI-powered capabilities.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with senior stakeholders to streamline workflows, align on priorities, and drive organizational effectiveness across teams.
+ **Data-Driven Strategy & Continuous Improvement:** Identify data gaps and implement robust analytics pipelines to inform decisions, uncover trends, and proactively optimize operations.
+ **AI-Driven Innovation & Problem Solving:** Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning by applying AI and automation to accelerate root-cause analysis, unlock efficiencies, and propose pragmatic tradeoffs/workarounds that unblock teams and drive outcomes.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum qualifications
+ Doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience OR Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience OR equivalent experience.
+ 5+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ 5+ years experience driving an org strategy with complex dependencies and at a large scale though directly influencing a team of TPMs with diverse domain expertise
+ 3+ years of experience in large-scale Silicon Engineering organizations, with hands-on expertise across silicon engineering disciplines (such as Silicon Operations, Infrastructure, CAD, or Data Analytics), and supporting CRM platforms.
Other Requirements:
+ Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Additional or preferred qualifications
+ Hands-on experience with support CRM platforms (e.g., Halo, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or equivalent), including workflow design, ticket lifecycle management, and performance monitoring.
+ Solid understanding of AI/ML methodologies (NLP, predictive analytics, automation frameworks) and their application to support management and operations optimization.
+ Data and analytics orientation, with proficiency in leveraging metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to drive strategic improvements.
+ Knowledge of silicon development lifecycles, EDA tools, or semiconductor workflows
+ Ability to translate operational challenges into scalable strategies that align with broader business and engineering goals.
+ Experience in driving clarity from ambiguity, partnering with senior stakeholders across engineering, operations, and business teams to align priorities and drive organizational impact.
+ Skilled at balancing strategic foresight with technical depth, ensuring decisions are both visionary and execution-ready.

Silicon Engineering IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
