    Job Duties and Responsibilities

     

    The Implementation Manager (IM) is a pivotal, field-based role that serves as the essential link between national strategy and frontline execution in a designated region.** **They will be the force dedicated to ensuring the successful rollout, adoption, and sustained impact of Boost Mobile’s key initiatives in the field.

     

    This impact player will provide essential support to leadership, empower Account Executives (AEs) and Indirect Sales Managers (ISMs), and cultivate a high-performance culture. IMs are directly responsible for equipping, developing, and supporting our teams to achieve company priorities, while simultaneously fostering accountability and excellence. This role is a dynamic 50/50 split between regional execution and national strategy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Align with regional field operations partners to support local efforts, enhance tactics, and reinforce strategic initiatives

    + Regional advocate and "Voice of the Field", ensuring execution excellence and continuous improvement

    + Conduct Impact Field Visits to ensure the effective adoption of sales initiatives and policy implementations

    + Provide real-time coaching and reinforce best practices with field sales teams in your region

    + Lead on-the-ground execution of major initiatives through operational support, relationship-building, and focused blitzes

    + Partner with regional leadership to foster a performance-driven culture and ensure the field has the necessary tools and resources for success

    + Capture, escalate, and utilize field feedback to shape future initiatives and strategies

    + Partner with cross-functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from Operations, Training, Marketing, Care, and Product to develop comprehensive launch toolkits for new products, promotions, and processes

    + Support crucial change management efforts by preparing the field for upcoming launches, clarifying the "why," and reinforcing consistent adoption

    + Drive effective field communications, including regional huddles, to ensure message clarity, consistency, and alignment

    + Develop and deliver compelling content for webinars and communications, and organize/execute national calls and in-person meetings

    + Own the process of best practice capture, identifying, documenting, and scaling successful field tactics across the organization

    + Monitor the execution of field strategies and provide structured feedback loops to leadership

     

    Skills, Experience and Requirements

    Education & Experience:

    + 5+ years of experience in sales, retail operations, or sales enablement is required, preferably in Wireless or Telecommunications

    + 5+ years in a people leader/leadership capacity is required

    + A Bachelor's degree is required

    Skills and Qualifications:

    + Ability to convert national priorities into clear, actionable field plans

    + Proven adeptness at fostering strong connections with Account Executives (AEs), Indirect Sales Managers (ISMs), and retailers

    + Experienced in performance management, consultative coaching techniques, and people development

    + Skilled at collaborating with teams across the organization (product, operations, and training) to align initiatives with field realities

    + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex initiatives into field-friendly messaging

    + Quick to identify obstacles, adapt to regional needs, and escalate systemic issues for resolution

    + Proven experience in field implementation or project management

    + Strong understanding of the retail environment

    + Demonstrated success in coaching and people development

    + Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, ideally in telecom or retail

    Salary Ranges

     

    Compensation: $86,600.00/Year - $123,750.00/Year

    The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
