About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Service Manager with 11–13 years of experience in Spring Boot, Microservices, Spring Core, and REST Web Services. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing service delivery within a hybrid work environment. You will lead technical teams, ensure seamless operations, and drive client satisfaction through robust application development and service management practices.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
+ Integrate Spring Core and RESTful Web Services into enterprise systems, ensuring seamless interoperability.
+ Monitor service performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategic improvements.
+ Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable technical solutions.
+ Ensure adherence to industry standards, compliance protocols, and best practices in software development.
+ Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
+ Maintain comprehensive documentation of service processes and technical specifications.
+ Analyze service metrics and generate performance reports to support strategic decisions.
+ Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure service reliability and scalability.
+ Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to align service delivery with organizational goals.
+ Manage service incidents and ensure timely resolution with minimal disruption.
+ Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and customer experience.
+ Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends to incorporate innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
+ Proven expertise in Spring Boot Microservices, Spring Core, and REST Web Services.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in business information systems.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
+ Demonstrated success in managing service delivery within hybrid work environments.
+ Experience in project management and service optimization.
+ Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
+ Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
+ Familiarity with service management frameworks and industry standards.
