We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of National Account Service Manager for our Fredericksburg location.
Job Description
The selected candidate will:
+ Be responsible for maintaining strong working relationships with National and Key Accounts, Distributors, and internal Branch and POD Teams, consistently striving to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
+ Collaborate closely with Senior Managers of Key Accounts to strategically present and promote service products to National and Key Accounts.
+ Identify and secure service business at National and Key Accounts, as well as other high-potential customers operating with nationwide facilities.
+ Establish and maintain a consistent nationwide presence through regular travel.
Required Qualifications
The successful candidate’s background will include:
+ High School Diploma require; college degree preferred.
+ 5 years of experience in industrial B2B customer service and support.
+ Must maintain a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
+ Good communication skills/phone skills required.
+ Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.
+ SAP experience preferred.
+ Physical attendance at the worksite is required.
