Client Solution Manager 16107 * Hourly pay: $30-$40/hr (Pay varies based on the candidate's experience and location) * Worksite: Leading professional development and networking company (New York, NY 10118 - Hybrid, Must be onsite 2 to 3 days per week) * W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL * 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment, Possibility of extension A leading professional networking company seeks a Client Solution Manager. The successful candidate will be measured by their ability to build, cultivate, and partner with our clients as well as their ability to drive incremental revenue. Client Solution Manager Responsibilities: * Build trusted relationships with clients, providing best-in-class customer experience by proactively identifying and solving customer challenges. * Be a consultative seller to renew and grow client investments. * Proactively analyze and optimize customers' advertising campaigns and marketing programs to make strategic recommendations to customers and ensure client objectives are achieved. * Support customer communication and education, including a best-in-class onboarding experience and ad hoc platform education needs. * Drive new product adoption and partner technology integration to enable client success and efficiency. Client Solution Manager Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media. * 2+ years of auction-based or programmatic campaign management and optimization experience (i.e. Google Ads, SEO/PPC, ad exchange/trading desk, Meta, TikTok, X). * BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred. * An advanced degree is a plus (e.g., Master's in Data Science). * Ability to work with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Google Docs) is preferred. * Ticketing systems, such as Salesforce and Jira, are preferred. * Demonstrated analytical background and experience with statistical analysis, return on investment modeling, and advertising/media analytics is preferred. * Ability to think strategically with a proven track record of achieving results by connecting a customer's pressures with data-driven products and solutions is preferred. * Demonstrated understanding of internet advertising technology and marketing automation is preferred. * Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision is preferred. * Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally is preferred. * Strong understanding of the digital media landscape/media activation (beyond creative functions) and digital media agencies (e.g., Kepler, Universal McCann). * CPMs, CPCs, bidding strategies, algorithms, and creative optimization. * Familiarity with programmatic, search, social, and video advertising. * Ability to use reporting tools and manipulate data in Excel (pivot tables). * Platforms like Meta, TikTok, X, Trade Desk. #PP
