Join Our Team as a Productivity & Performance Analyst!
Are you passionate about numbers, processes, and making things run like a well-oiled machine? We're looking for someone to take the lead in maintaining our **Productivity Management Tool** and help us track and achieve big-picture goals set by our Leadership team.
You'll be part of the **Corporate Accounting Department** , working to boost throughput, improve labor productivity, and uncover operational efficiencies that really make a difference. You'll also dive into performance metrics (think KPIs), support executive payroll processes, and prep important payroll/W-2 data for our annual 990 filings. If you're a detail-lover with a knack for solving puzzles and a heart for healthcare, this might be your perfect next step.
What You’ll Be Doing:
+ Keeping our **Productivity Management Tool** running smoothly and effectively
+ Tracking progress on organizational goals and keeping Leadership in the loop
+ Supporting **Labor Productivity** efforts to make us faster, leaner, and better
+ Creating and analyzing **KPI reports** and other performance dashboards
+ Helping with **Executive payroll processes** and gathering data for **IRS Form 990**
What We’re Looking For:
+ A **Bachelor’s degree** in a related field and **5+ years of healthcare finance experience**
+ Bonus points if you know your way around **productivity systems** and **FTE calculations**
+ A solid understanding of **accounting practices and systems**
+ Great communication and a proactive, team-first mindset
+ The ability to juggle multiple projects and keep things moving forward with a smile
