CTG is seeking to fill a Product Owner position for our client in Phoenix, AZ.
**Duration:** 12 months
Duties:
+ Lead the vision and strategy for innovative, data-driven products that leverage ML and AI to deliver personalized experiences.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, data science, design, and business stakeholders—to define product requirements and ensure successful delivery.
+ Drive large-scale and PI planning, annual planning, and sprint execution within an Agile environment.
+ Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights that inform product decisions.
+ Communicate a compelling product narrative to technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
+ Continuously monitor product performance, optimize features, and prioritize initiatives to maximize business impact.
Skills:
+ Strong hands-on experience with data-driven products and a solid understanding of ML principles, model lifecycle, and predictive analytics.
+ Expertise in customer segmentation, targeting, recommendation systems, and real-time personalization engines.
+ Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Tableau/PowerBI; basic Python knowledge a plus.
+ Familiarity with ML tools such as ML Studio, Copilot, GitHub, and Elasticsearch.
+ Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and communicate clearly across diverse audiences.
+ Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
Experience:
+ 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in travel, financial services, or lifestyle-oriented platforms.
+ Proven track record of leading complex, transformational initiatives across multiple teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field required. Advanced degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
