**Job Duties:** Lead the design and development of automated systems and control solutions with a focus on integrating Vision Systems into manufacturing lines. Design and develop state-of-the-art manufacturing lines including rollout through IQ/OQ/PQ at the manufacturing site and ensuring line stability. Serve as subject matter expert promoting best practices in equipment automation design and development, ensuring high quality and regulatory compliance. Analyze and improve existing control systems, troubleshoot issues to restore function, and implement solutions to enhance performance and reliability. Implement error-proofing techniques and proactive risk mitigation strategies to ensure product quality and safety, in compliance with FDA, PFMEA, EFMEA, and GR&R requirements. Develop and deploy cutting-edge machine vision solutions to enhance inspection accuracy and efficiency to meet or exceed regulatory standards. Review and refine technical documentation, ensuring clarity, completeness, and compliance with industry standards (ISA, A3 Association, IEEE). Define project scope, develop detailed design specifications, and drive projects to successful completion, balancing technical excellence with business objectives.
**Requirements:** Employer will accept a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Electromechanical Engineer-related occupation.
