    Role Overview:

    As an Employee Relations Partner at Ralliant, you will be an integral part of our Global Employee Relations Centers of Excellence (COE) team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Employee Relations. In this role, you will handle sensitive and complex workplace investigations with professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity, and provide expert guidance to HR partners and business leaders on a wide range of employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies, and local, state, and federal laws.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead investigations into potential violations of company policies or the Code of Conduct, ensuring a thorough, impartial, and confidential process.

    + Manage investigations within the COE environment, analyzing data, providing remediation recommendations, and maintaining clear and accurate documentation through a case management system.

    + Serves as a trusted advisor on complex workplace practices, policy interpretation, and compliance with employment laws and regulations, and ensures alignment with legal and ethical standards.

    + Offer advice on performance management, conflict resolution, employee relations issues, and policy enforcement to mitigate risks and foster a positive workplace culture.

    + Support other ER team members, which may require conducting investigation for the Americas, APAC or EMEA regions.

    + Partner and collaborate with HR teams, COEs, Compliance, legal counsel, and business leaders to promote compliance, best practices, and proactive employee relations strategies.

    + Analyze investigation trends and provide insights to refine policies, improve processes, and enhance training initiatives.

    + Address sensitive concerns both internally and externally, responding with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-focused approach.

    + Lead and manage projects related to employee relations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Significant experience in Employee Relations, particularly in handling complex workplace complaints and conflict resolution.

    + Global ER investigation experience with knowledge of employment laws in the Americas, APAC and EMEA preferred.

    + Demonstrated success in conducting high-level and high-volume investigations within a COE environment.

    + In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance at the local, state, and federal levels.

    + Ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering strategic and thoughtful employee relations support.

    + Strong emotional intelligence, discretion, sound judgment, and problem-solving abilities.

    + Expertise in analyzing trends and proactively suggesting solutions to support compliance and enhance workplace culture.

    + Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills, with a consultative approach to guiding business leaders and HR partners.

    + A focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).

    + At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with 4 years in Employee Relations, including a minimum of 3 years conducting workplace investigations.

    + Proven experience managing complex, sensitive employee relations issues and mentoring associates and managers.

    + Expertise in offering consultative advice on high-risk employee relations matters, performance management, company policies, and procedures.

    + Strong judgment and decision-making skills, particularly in challenging and sensitive situations.

    + Experience using investigation or ER/HR case management systems, generating reports, and analyzing data.

    + Exceptional time management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

    + A commitment to handling all matters with discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.

    + Strong ability to identify trends and propose solutions that enhance both compliance and workplace culture.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

    Pay Range

    The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 89,200.00 - 165,600.00
