ModMed (https://www.modmed.com/company/) is hiring a driven Inside Sales Manager to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing sales team. The Manager of Associate Account Executives (AAEs) leads a high-impact team responsible for supporting core Account Executives across multiple territories. This role drives performance in transactional sales, inbound lead management, outbound pipeline generation, account data hygiene, and overlay business enablement. The Manager ensures alignment, accountability, and measurable contribution to revenue goals while developing talent for future Account Executive roles.
Your Role:
+ Recruit, onboard, coach, and mentor a team of Associate AEs, providing a clear path for career growth.
+ Oversee daily execution across transactional sales, inbound lead conversion, and outbound prospecting.
+ Ensure CRM/account data hygiene and enforce best practices for pipeline management.
+ Collaborate with overlay sales teams (e.g., Pay, RCM, Labs) to identify and advance cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
+ Partner with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Enablement to align territory strategy, lead processes, and sales playbooks.
+ Monitor team KPIs, provide regular reporting to leadership, and ensure goals are consistently achieved or exceeded.
Skills & Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 4 years of experience selling healthcare related software sales and having a consistent track record of closing deals.
+ Demonstrated team management and leadership skills.
+ Proven ability to coach and develop early-career sales talent.
+ Previous experience working in a high-growth technology industry a plus.
+ Preferred experience working in a matrix based sales organization.
+ Polished presentation and interpersonal skills to address an audience and prospective clients.
+ Strong understanding of lead management, outbound prospecting, and transactional sales motions.
+ Preference for a local candidate in Boca Raton, FL.
