Overview
Join our Technology organization as a Principal Product Manager and help us define
AI-powered financial experiences. We're looking for a leader with deep expertise in AI and consumer tax to drive the development of our next-generation products.
As a Principal Product Manager, you'll lead an intrapreneurial team, owning the end-to-end process from ideation to launch for our new AI-powered financial products. This new generative AI (GenAI) experience will offer personalized, intelligent recommendations, empowering customers to make smart financial decisions with ease and confidence. Your work will streamline processes and optimize financial outcomes for both small businesses and consumers.
You'll partner with a talented, multidisciplinary team of designers, engineers, researchers, and marketers to build these groundbreaking, AI-first experiences. In this exciting role, you will:
+ Partner with Customer Research to define the most important problems to solve using LLM and generative AI
+ Partner with Marketing, Experience Design, Product Development and other stakeholders to articulate and define the next generation financial product experiences for small businesses and consumer customeres.
+ Set KPIs to drive customer delight and power financial outcomes. Manage dependencies, escalate barriers to execution, and report program status and progress to senior leadership
What you'll bring
+ Identify generative AI opportunities through customer research and lean qualitative and quantitative testing
+ Create strategies based on data to inform the product and platform investments we need to make to take our products to the next level
+ Ruthlessly prioritize, influence dependencies, and ship experiences that provide game-changing value to our customers
+ Create and drive your own KPIs/success metrics, galvanize the team by celebrating successes and learning from failures
+ Share knowledge and mentor others
How you will lead
+ 7+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a product management role
+ Extensive experience working with generative AI or LLM to deliver customer experiences; strong technical background required
+ Ability to work through high levels of ambiguity: define strategy for uncharted opportunities working with nascent technologies
+ Strong appetite for innovation fueled by curiosity and willingness to learn
+ Experience delivering game changing product solutions that leverage complex technologies
+ A bias for action with a proven track record of delivering experiences from the ground up, 0 >1
+ Ability to force decisions when things are ambiguous across a diverse working team and senior leaders
+ Effective in communicating progress to executives and senior leadership; upleveling and proactively identifying areas of help needed
+ Capable of coaching a team how to decompose a big vision into bite-size milestones with a lean-experiment-oriented perspective. Ability to coach the team on how to operationalize into a high velocity execution plan
+ Experience building systems for scale, enabling others through your
+ Deeply curious and data-driven; develop and defend strong points-of-view with data, analytics, external benchmarking, and the voice of the customer
+ Skilled at gathering insights from customers and prospects;, identifying and testing opportunities, and synthesizing results
+ Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch successful web and/or mobile software product offerings designed to create an excellent customer experience
+ Undergraduate or graduate degree in data science, computer science, math or statistics, or a related discipline.
