    Ophthalmologist Opportunity in Southwest Minnesota

     

    Join the CentraCare-Willmar Eye Clinic team in beautiful Willmar, MN!

     

    + Ophthalmology practice with cataract surgery as well as other procedures if desired

    + Collaborate with 2 Optometrists (with current posting for a 3rd Optometrist), experienced Optometry Assistants, and Technicians

    + Up to a 0.75 FTE position, providing opportunity for flexibility with work-life balance

    + 1:4 call rotation

    + Clinic conveniently located near the surgery center

    + Clinic-employed position within a financially sound healthcare system

    + Retail optical store onsite

    + Potential for Outreach

    + Up-to-Date clinical equipment

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    + Starting pay begins at $425,000 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience

    + Salary based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
