CentraCare is seeking a skilled board certified or board eligible Urologists to join our highly respected and growing team. Enjoy a well-established referral base, state-of-the-art surgical facilities, and the ability to build a thriving practice in a supportive environment.

+ General urology with opportunity to sub-specialize

+ Inpatient and Outpatient Care

+ Access to da Vinci robot at multiple operating locations

+ On-site lab and imaging

+ Advanced OR suites with urology block time daily

+ Hospital APP supported practice

+ Urology Technician supported inpatient practice

+ Referrals from over 30 primary care and specialty clinics within the CentraCare system and multiple external referral sources

+ Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

+ Shared Call Schedule: 1:9

Work alongside nine accomplished Urologists and six Advanced Practice Providers , supporting the largest urology practice in Greater Minnesota.

The position offers a guaranteed base salary in the first year, with the potential for substantial earnings starting in year two, based on productivity and performance metrics.

New to practice? Our mentorship program ensures a smooth transition and long-term success.

Pay and Benefits

+ Starting pay begins at $525,000 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience

+ Salary range:  $525,000 - $575,000 per year

+ Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
