Pediatrician wanted to join established practice providing care to children in Southwestern Minnesota

Broad spectrum general Pediatric practice with the ability to choose between Outpatient or Inpatient/Outpatient practices.

+ 4-day work week

+ Overall light call, one day a week, 6 weekends a year

+ Inpatient/Outpatient or Outpatient practices with NICU telehealth service

+ Part of a larger health system that provides PICU and NICU care. Access to pediatric subspecialties at regional hospital location.

+ Two year guaranteed salary, signing bonus, production incentive plan, and an excellent comprehensive benefits package

Pay and Benefits

+ Starting pay begins at $230,000 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience

+ Salary range:   $230,000 - $270,000 per year

+ Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
