    As an Occupational Therapist at CentraCare, you will deliver professional therapy services across a variety of care settings associated with Rice Hospital, including inpatient, outpatient, home care, the Rice Rehabilitation Center, and other contracted locations. While the primary focus is pediatric outpatient care, you will also support patients across the lifespan—from infants to older adults. Your responsibilities will include conducting evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation. Strong communication skills are essential as you collaborate closely with physicians, caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality, coordinated care.

    SCHEDULE:

    + Full time | 80 hours every 2 weeks

    + Flexible schedule | Monday - Thursday: 9:00am-5:30pm, Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

    PAY & BENEFITS:

    + Starting pay begins at $67,267.20 per year and increases with experience

    + Salary range: $67,267.20-$103,441.54 per year

    + $5,000 Hiring Bonus + $5,000 Relocation Bonus for eligible candidates

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy

    + Licensed by the MN Board of Occupational Therapy
