Position
The company is expanding into the U.S. and seeks two experienced Sales Directors to lead its go-to-market strategy. This is a rare opportunity for senior commercial leaders to shape U.S. market presence and, if successful, build and lead their own sales organization.
This role goes beyond closing deals. The company is looking for strategic sellers who can establish market presence, position the brand, and develop long-term client relationships that drive scalable growth.
Position Description
Market Expansion & Positioning
• Define the company’s presence in the U.S. market: communities, events, partnerships, and thought leadership.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance visibility and credibility across the industry.
Strategic Selling
• Lead complex, consultative sales cycles with enterprise clients.
• Identify and target high-value accounts with tailored engagement strategies.
• Build long-term client relationships that generate recurring revenue streams.
Growth & Leadership
• Lay the foundation for future sales teams by creating processes, playbooks, and structures.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team as U.S. operations scale.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to refine market fit and go-to-market strategies.
Other Requirements
• Proven track record as a hunter.
• Experience penetrating large enterprise clients in emerging technology markets and managing complex deal cycles.
• Demonstrated success in closing strategic enterprise value sales.
