    Job Description

    Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

     

    Support the preparation and submission of expense reports, track reimbursements, and monitor budget allocations.

     

    Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

     

    Maintain documentation and follow up on action items from meetings.

     

    Coordinate logistics for meetings including guest access, conference room bookings, and technology setup.

     

    Serve as a point of contact between the Technology Business Manager and internal/external stakeholders.

     

    Draft and distribute internal communications, memos, and updates.

     

    Coordinate logistics for team events, workshops, and training sessions.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    High school diploma or GED

     

    2+ years of experience as an executive assistant

     

    Strong organizational and time management skills

     

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

     

    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

     

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
