Job Description
A client in the South Everett area is looking for an electronics assembler to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on background in aerospace manufacturing and be well versed within assembly, test, and production of electro-mechanical devices like circuit boards, wire harnesses, etc. This individual will need to have 5+ years of experience using wire splicing, crimping, molex connectors installation and soldering on a multitude of different connectors and cables. They also will need to be able to read, understand and follow engineering assembly drawings, manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and miscellaneous supporting documentation. This candidate will need to be comfortable in a production environment and have extreme attention to detail. They will also be familiar with soldering to J-STD-001.
Pay Range: $27/hr-$34/hr
Duration: 9 months
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law

Skills and Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 4+ years of experience experience using wire splicing, crimping, molex connectors installation and soldering on a multitude of different connectors and cables
- Ability to read, understand and follow engineering assembly drawings, manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and miscellaneous supporting documentation
- Experience potting and encapsulation of connectors and electronics
- Proficient at operating standard electronic test equipment; oscilloscopes, meters, frequency generators - Familiarity with Military/DoD Research and Development
- Soldering to J-STD-001
