Job Description
Insight Global is seeking to hire a Product Line Manager for an international electronics company sitting in Columbia, MD. This role will be responsible for leading a technical service team of 4–15 frontline employees, including Calibration Specialists, Repair Technicians, and Workload Coordinators. The PLM will oversee the smooth flow of work through the service center, ensuring high-quality output and alignment with key performance indicators. A strong focus on continual improvement is essential, as the PLM will spearhead initiatives, manage projects, and foster innovation within the team. This position requires a hands-on leader who champions new ideas, promotes employee development, and drives a culture of accountability. The PLM will collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development and Service Sales to prepare for new products and ensure service excellence. Success in this role depends on strategic delegation, process optimization, and the ability to motivate and engage team members.

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing a team of technical individuals in the electronics/RF/hardware space.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and quality management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Microsoft 365). - Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Experience with SAP ERP tools is a plus, though not required.
