Job Description
A fortune 50 retail client is looking for a Principal UX Strategist to join their team. This person will be collaborating with multiple teams to create a project roadmap for an enterprise-wide initiative around pricing. This person will be involved in meeting with stakeholders (marketing team, online team, product teams, development teams, etc.) understanding the space, and creating a roadmap on what the customer experience should look like. They will be responsible for combining 3 different workstreams and creating a cohesive strategy that incorporates them all. This role is heavy concepting – This team is looking for a quick results-oriented person that can provide rapid prototypes to present to stakeholders. This year will be experimenting with different concepts and next year will be putting concepts into production. This person needs to be a strong communicator comfortable working with competing requirements, advocating for UX concepts, and a strong presenter. This person needs to have experience working in an enterprise level environment overseeing multiple spaces at once. This person is expected to be able to digest research and create designs from that research.
Compensation:
$60/hr to $65/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of

the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this
role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the

Skills and Requirements
- Strong enterprise experience
o Working with competing requirements and multiple stakeholders
- UX Strategy experience: Service blueprints, journey mapping, voice of the user, etc.
- Strong concept design/roadmap creation experience
- Experience with rapid prototyping
- Strong communication experience
- Comfortable going into stores and conducting in person interviews
