    Director of Global Treasury Operations

    Job Description Summary

    Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Global Treasurer, the Director of Treasury Operations will be a key member of the Global Treasury Team. This role will be responsible for treasury operations globally with a strong focus on cash management, reporting and forecasting to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine excellent analytical skills, financial acumen, and business partnering ability with expertise in driving operational improvements across a global treasury footprint.

    Responsibilities:

    + Supervise a team of treasury professionals supporting the company’s global banking footprint across multiple time zones

    + Manage ongoing evaluation and execution of global liquidity solutions, tools and technologies

    + Oversee the maintenance and utilization of the Treasury Management System, Reval

    + Identify and execute process enhancements across treasury operations

    + Identify reporting enhancements and/or new reporting to bolster financial insights

    + Build and maintain relationships with business functions including FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Legal, IT, and business unit finance; represent Treasury on cross-functional projects

    + Drive automation of cash reporting dashboard processes to improve timeliness, accuracy, and efficiency

    + Supervise treasury’s inputs into monthly and quarterly close process

    + Ensure compliance with Treasury policies and procedures. Monitor and update such policies as needed

    + Monitor new banking products and provide recommendations for the implementation of new solutions and technology

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Advanced degrees or CTP/CFA a plus)

    + 10+ years of treasury or banking experience, preferably in a multinational, matrixed corporate environment

    + Prior experience leading and mentoring teams, while fostering a collaborative team environment focused on strategic insights and performance growth

    + Strong proficiency with Treasury Management Systems (Reval) and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills

    + Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

    + Proven leadership in international treasury operations (cash management, banking, FX, cash forecasting)

    + Experience managing cross-functional projects and leading through influence

    + Excellent communication skills across diverse teams and international cultures

    + Ability and courage to challenge status quo; ability to influence positive change

    + Comfortable working within a highly matrixed and fast-paced environment

    + Experience leveraging conversational AI tools for efficient information gathering and troubleshooting

    The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

     

    The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

     

    The compensation for the position is: $ 170,000.00 - $200,000.00
