**Job Type:** Full-time | 12-Month Contract
**Starting Pay Rate:** $22.53 per hour

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a **Systems Assembly Technician** to join our team, partnering with a global leader in the aerospace industry. In this hands-on role, you’ll play an essential part in assembling and integrating complex systems that power some of the most advanced aircraft in the world. Your precision, problem-solving, and commitment to quality will directly impact aerospace performance and safety.
What You’ll Do
+ Perform mechanical and electrical assembly operations on structural components, subassemblies, and systems.
+ Identify parts, tooling, and interpret detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
+ Use hand and power tools, including screwdrivers, ratchets, crimpers, torque tools, and multimeters.
+ Inspect work for quality, ensure compliance with procedures, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
+ Follow safety standards and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
+ Utilize computer systems to read work instructions and record production data.
+ Perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 35 pounds as part of daily assembly operations.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or GED (or technical equivalent).
+ Basic understanding of hand tools and mechanical systems.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to procedural accuracy.
+ Ability to work safely and effectively in a production environment. **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Ability to read and interpret schematics and engineering drawings.
+ Experience using digital multimeters (DMMs), wiring, soldering, or Excel.

**Pay Details:** $22.53 per hour
