At **PDS Tech Commercial** , we’re seeking a **Quality Control Inspector** to support detailed inspections of complex microwave assemblies and hybrid circuits used in military RF and aerospace applications. This is a hands-on role in a clean room environment where your expertise will help uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance.

    Your Impact

    As a **Quality Inspector** , you’ll be a key player in ensuring products meet internal, regulatory, and customer specifications. You’ll collaborate with Operations and Engineering to maintain quality, reduce non-conformance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

    What You’ll Do

    + Perform incoming, in-process, precap, and final inspections of hybrid microelectronic assemblies

    + Use microscopes and precision tools to inspect components in a clean room setting

    + Conduct visual and mechanical inspections using calipers, pin gages, thread gages, and more

    + Interpret mechanical, assembly, and electrical drawings

    + Document inspection results and support quality improvement efforts

    + Collaborate across teams to ensure product and process conformity

    + Monitor and reduce quality non-conformance while maintaining efficiency

     

    What You Bring

    Required Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + At least 1 year of inspection experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience in hybrid microelectronics, especially in military RF environments

    + Familiarity with MIL-STD-883, MIL-PRF-38534, IPC-A-610, and J-STD-001

    + Skilled in wire bonding, integrated circuits, and precision mechanical inspection

    + IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification (active or previous)

    + Experience with microelectronic/mechanical assemblies and Helicoil inspection

    + Background in AS9100 Aerospace or other regulated industries (ISO9001, ISO13485)

    **Pay Details:** $40.00 per hour
