About Intiva Health
Intiva Health is a growing healthcare technology company based in Austin, Texas. We’re seeking a hands-on Accountant to join our dynamic team and manage all accounting operations that support the company’s overall financial health.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong finance background, experience implementing and optimizing NetSuite, and a passion for training others while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
+ Oversee accounting operations: manage all accounting procedures and processes, including maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledgers for consistent bookkeeping and budgetary analysis.
+ NetSuite implementation and optimization: lead or support the implementation, configuration, and day-to-day management of NetSuite to ensure it meets the organization’s financial and operational needs.
+ Ensure financial compliance: maintain adherence to GAAP standards and tax policies; prepare and support audits; ensure compliance with regional and industry-specific financial regulations.
+ Financial planning and analysis: contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support leadership decision-making.
+ Cross-functional collaboration: provide clear financial guidance to leadership and other departments; act as a trusted partner for financial insights.
+ Training and leadership: train and mentor team members on financial systems, accounting procedures, and NetSuite best practices.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
+ Proven experience with NetSuite implementation and ongoing management.
+ Strong finance background with solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
+ 4–6 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment.
+ Hands-on approach with the ability to lead, train, and collaborate effectively across teams.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
+ Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks; NetSuite strongly preferred.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
