Are you a creative communicator with a passion for digital engagement? Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA), a leading geotechnical and environmental consulting firm, is seeking a dynamic Communication Coordinator to help grow our brand and connect with our audiences in meaningful ways. This full-time role reports directly to the Director of Learning and Development and offers the opportunity to make a visible impact on our organization.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM with occasional overtime. This position will be based in the office for the first 6 months, after which a hybrid schedule may be available at the supervisor's discretion.

Responsibilities:

+ Maintain and update content on the company website and intranet.

+ Manage social media channels, creating compelling and shareable digital content.

+ Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to produce engaging multimedia assets.

+ Enhance website visibility and reach through SEO strategies.

+ Develop and implement communication strategies to strengthen relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

+ Manage and maintain the company CRM and contact database.

+ Perform other duties as needed to support GTA's mission and initiatives.

Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

+ 3–7 years of professional experience in communications, digital marketing, or a similar role.

+ Strong graphic design skills and experience with digital content creation.

+ Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication abilities.

+ Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and digital engagement tools.

+ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

+ Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools is a plus.

+ Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
