_Note:_ _The hourly rate for this position is $22 - $24/hour._ _This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

+ Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment

+ Perform construction laborer duties such as: Site cleanup, demolition, moving materials, debris removal, trenching and digging, loading, and unloading

+ Follow and maintain safety practices

+ Ability to complete other labor duties as assigned per direction of the supervisor

Qualifications:

+ Be at least 18+ years of age

+ OSHA 10 Certification is preferred

+ Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

+ 1 year of prior experience in the Commercial and residential field required

+ Prior experience using basic hand tools is preferred
