What You'll Be Doing

+ Operate dredge equipment safely and efficiently to extract raw materials

+ Monitor and adjust dredging operations to maintain optimal performance

+ Perform routine maintenance and inspections on dredge machinery

+ Communicate with team members to coordinate material handling and site operations

+ Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations during operations

What Are We Looking For

+ Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner

+ Strong awareness of safety and environmental standards

+ Capability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures

+ Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Conditions of Employment

+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
