Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Facility Manager** to join our team! In this role you will get to **manager repairs and renovations of assigned Clinical buildings at various Naval Bases in the San Diego area**

What You'll Be Doing:

+ Daily Management of routine and emergency repairs by Contractors.

+ Attendance of all scheduled Government meetings.

+ Daily project status reports t Government Leadership.

+ Development of Estimates and ROMs.

+ Collaborate with Project Manager to establish project schedule and budget and monitor progress in meeting schedule and budget requirements.

+ Routine Site Visits to assigned Clinics.

+ Monthly reports for Parson's contract fulfillment.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

+ Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 3 years of experience).

+ Top Secret Clearance

+ Strong working knowledge of **NAVFAC** , **DoD** , and **Federal contracting procedures** preferred.

+ Excellent communication, technical writing, and organizational skills.

+ Ability to interpret **engineering drawings, specifications, and construction schedules** .

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

+ Must be willing and eager to learn new concepts.

+ Excellent Computer and software knowledge.

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $108,700.00 - $190,200.00
