Pay is competitive and based on your experience and skill level.

Whether you’re just getting started or already an experienced installer, you’ll be part of a team that’s powering communities with sustainable energy solutions. You’ll work alongside skilled solar professionals, gain hands-on experience, and take pride in creating systems that make a real difference for homeowners and the planet.

What You’ll Do

+ Install solar panels and equipment on residential rooftops and ground-mount systems according to design specifications and safety standards.

+ Assist in all phases of installation — including layout, racking setup, panel placement, conduit runs, and system wiring.

+ Prepare job sites by staging materials, setting up ladders and safety gear, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

+ Support team leads and electricians, learning from their expertise to sharpen your technical and problem-solving skills.

+ Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively while following company and OSHA safety protocols.

+ Work collaboratively with your crew to complete projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

+ Learn to read blueprints and electrical schematics, developing the skills to grow into a senior installer or crew lead role.

+ Maintain professionalism and customer focus on every job site.

What You Bring

+ 0–5+ years of experience in solar installation, roofing, electrical work, or construction (we provide training for entry-level candidates).

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools and working outdoors.

+ Commitment to safety, teamwork, and high-quality workmanship.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights daily.

+ Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.

+ OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available if not yet certified).

+ Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and pride in your work.
