Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator
This is a fully **remote** role. We welcome applicants who reside in the following states: AR, CT, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MO, NH, OH, OK, RI, and TX.

As an Elara Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:
+ Provides support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to supervisors, hiring managers, recruitment team members, and others.
+ Participates and supports in the implementation of recruitment projects and programs
+ Handles and prioritizes multiple ranges of administrative recruiting related tasks (i.e., prepare hiring paperwork, candidate information packets, etc.).
+ Serves as resource for recruitment policies, procedures, and practices to supervisors, HR staff, and others.
+ Assists with potential employee screens and schedules interviews.
What is Required?
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ 4+ years of administrative/coordination experience in Talent Acquisition or HR functions
+ Proficiency with MS office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
+ Proficiency with social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn
+ Prior experience with ATS systems such as Workday
+ Knowledge of the healthcare, hospice and/or home health industry is preferred
You will report to the Supervisor of Talent Acquisition Operations.
