Litigation Associate Attorney – Plaintiff Personal Injury

A nationally recognized plaintiff’s law firm in Houston is seeking a **Litigation Associate Attorney** to join its growing team. With over two decades of advocacy for the injured and wronged, the firm offers a dynamic and collaborative environment focused on personal injury, insurance claims, and mass tort litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage a docket of 50–80 litigation files from pre-litigation transition or immediate litigation intake
+ Maintain proactive client communication and satisfaction metrics
+ Supervise paralegals and ensure adherence to client contact protocols
+ Conduct strategic file reviews and drive case progression
+ Prepare cases for trial and serve as first chair when needed
+ Monitor and meet performance KPIs including settlements, financials, and case duration
+ Deliver exceptional client experiences and foster trust
+ Maintain accurate case records and meet all deadlines
Qualifications:
+ 3–7 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
+ Licensed to practice law in Texas
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills
+ Collaborative and proactive approach to litigation
+ Excellent communication and client relationship skills
